The Maldives Police Service (MPS) is searching for an individual wanted in relation to the use of counterfeit U.S. dollars at a mobile phone shop in Male’ City. While police are circulating a video of the man, he has not yet been identified, they said.

The police asked for public assistance in identifying and finding the man with video released to Police’s social media showing the individual at a phone shop.

Police have requested for anyone with information regarding the individual to call them on 3322111 or 9790048.
