State Trading Organization (STO) has announced that the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 12 July. The state-owned company has informed its shareholders of this decision, revealing that the AGM will take place at the Neeri Lounge on Hulhulé Island.

STO provided three participation options for shareholders: in person, virtually, or through a proxy. Registration to attend the AGM will be accessible through the STO portal, which will provide shareholders with detailed information about the event. Only shareholders registered before the 26 June deadline will be eligible to participate in the AGM, according to the company.

During the AGM, STO will present the company’s performance report for 2023, address shareholders’ queries, and conduct voting on proposals requiring shareholder approval, the company said.
