Dell Technologies, a global leader in computing technology, has recently launched a suite of cutting-edge commercial PCs aimed at revolutionising productivity and collaboration in the workplace. The announcement, made on Friday, introduces a range of innovative devices including the Latitude 9450 2-in-1, Latitude 5450 business laptop, Latitude 7350 Detachable, and the Precision 5490.

Indrajit Belgundi, Senior Director and General Manager of Dell Technologies India’s Client Solutions Group, expressed excitement about the potential of these new devices. “Dell commercial PCs have been fuelling transformation for decades, and the advancements in AI capabilities in our latest generation of devices will help our customer’s workforce a leg up on the competition to lead their industry into the AI era,” Belgundi stated.

Key features of these next-gen laptops include integrated multi-processor packages equipped with CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs capable of offloading work to an AI engine, known as xPU. This not only enhances performance but also extends battery life, a crucial factor in today’s mobile-centric work environment. Additionally, select models come with a Copilot Key, providing users with instant access to Microsoft’s AI chatbot for seamless assistance.

The flagship Dell Latitude 9450 2-in-1 targets executives, sales professionals, and consultants, boasting the title of the world’s smallest 14-inch commercial PC. Its impressive features include a 16:10 InfinityEdge QHD+ display, Dell’s Zero-Lattice Keyboard, and a Haptic Collaboration Touchpad. Prices for this innovative device start at US$3,127.

Meanwhile, the Latitude 7350 Detachable is hailed as the world’s “most versatile commercial detachable,” offering a lightweight tablet experience with an attachable keyboard. Its 3k resolution display, coupled with Dell’s ComfortViewPlus technology, aims to reduce the harmful effects of blue light. The Latitude 7350 starts at US$2,087.

In the eco-conscious domain, the Latitude 5450, part of Dell’s 5000 series, integrates up to 19% recycled content while delivering powerful performance through Intel Core Ultra U series chips. Pricing for the Latitude 5450 begins at US$1,331.

Lastly, the Dell Precision 5490 debuts with a touch-enabled 14-inch InfinityEdge display featuring a 16:10 aspect ratio. Boasting AI-enhanced updates geared towards enhancing user productivity, the Precision 5490 starts at US$2,639.
