Cases Submitted to Immigration Watch

Thirty-six percent of all cases filed comprise individuals engaged in illegal trade.

The Immigration Watch platform allows anyone to anonymously report illegal immigrants or cases of migrant smuggling into the Maldives.

According to Immigration, this also allows the agency and the public to work together, with the public being able to report cases 24 hours a day.

More than 4,000 foreigners have been deported since the Mohamed Muizzu administration took office and clamped down on illicit activities by illegal immigrants.
