The Maldives’ reserves increased in February compared to January this year, according to data by the Monetary Authority of Maldives (MMA).

Official reserves stood at US$551.1 million at the end of January this year, the central bank confirmed, with reserves rising to US$588.8 million by the end of February.

Usable reserves also increased in February compared to January.

Usable reserves stood at $128.8 million at the end of February compared to US$109.7 million at the end of January.
