Urbanco has invited proposals for the construction and sale of luxury residential buildings on five plots of land in Hulhumale’.
According to the company’s announcement, interested developers have until 17 August to submit their bids, and each proposal must accompany a bid security of MVR 500,000. The bid is opening is set to take place on the same day.
The land parcels made available for bidding vary in size, spanning from 23,229 square feet to 25,660 square feet.
Based on the invitation for proposal, the land plots are designated for the development of apartments featuring two-bedroom plus den and three-bedroom plus den configurations.
